We’re a peaceful, quiet hideaway designed to offer a lovely escape into nature. Please respect our lovely land and everyone you meet in and around it. These rules are in place to make sure all of our guests enjoy a peaceful break at Big Sky.

SITE RULES

The site rules at the Big Sky Hideaway are:

• All guests agree to fully read and agree with the accommodation info pack sent after each booking

• All guests and visitors agree to our terms and conditions

• Check-in: 2pm to 9pm

• Check-out: 7am to 11am

• No pets, even well behaved ones

• Quiet time for pitches and pods is between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of our animals, neighbours and other guests on site.

• No smoking or drug-taking on site

• No amplified music.

• No non-registered guests overnight, £5 each for daytime site visit (a contribution towards site maintenance, including toilet cleaning)

• No generators

• No shouting and loud noises near the alpacas

• All bookings must be made in advance

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business we can't afford to be empty and cancellations make it difficult to fill previously booked dates. Any cancelling guests are welcome to gift their stay to friends, but we can't offer an alternative date for glamping stays. If you've booked a camping pitch or van pitch and are bringing your own tent or vehicle, we'll always try to find an alternative date if you need to cancel.

Several costs are incurred to us upon booking: commission, payment fees, time, and the increased likelihood that we won't be able to fill the unit. With this in mind, these are our cancellation terms. 

When cancellation is:

• Further out than 21 days: 80% refund. 

• Within 21 days of your stay: 0% refunded

For events, all deposits are non refundable. Once event balances are paid these are also non refundable
