DIRECTIONS
If you’re planning to stay at Big Sky please book in advance.
When you’re on the way please, please (and…please!) read the directions below. We’re a hideaway and don’t have a sign out on the roadside, but follow these instructions and you’ll find us first time.
Our address:
Big Sky Hideaway
Timberholme
North Forty Foot Bank
Brothertoft
Lincolnshire
PE20 3SU
Phone: 07872 986084
Tip: DO NOT just enter the postcode, it covers a large area around here and won’t get you to us on its own.
We’re on Google Maps
Here’s our What3Words location (but don’t necessarily trust the navigation function)
By Car
We’re big fans of slow travel but if you’re coming by car you’ll find The Big Sky Hideaway on Google Maps.
It can be easy to whizz past without seeing our entrance so when you get close slow down and keep a good look out!
If you're coming from Boston/Hubbert's Bridge you’ll turn off Langrick Rd onto North Forty Foot Bank (which is very long, straight and bumpy!), and when this road starts to wiggle you’ll see woodland on the right hand side. Look for the sign for Larrington Hydraulics on the roadside, we share the exit next to the second sign and you’ll see our track running through a wooden gate with a black American mailbox and a "Timberholme" sign - this is us!
By Train
The closest train stations are Hubberts Bridge (2.9 miles, but infrequent trains), Boston (6.2 miles) and Heckington (11.1 miles), on the line from Grantham to Skegness. Trains from London ordinarily involve one change at Grantham and take between one hour forty five and two hours fifty, depending on timings.
Taxi from station
There are a number of taxi companies in Boston, Lincolnshire but there aren’t always cars waiting at the station so be sure to book ahead. If the driver doesn’t know Big Sky please tell them we’re on google maps and share the directions above.
